What is provided at an RYM Conference

Solid worship, teaching and electives

Students spend over 16 hours in God’s Word throughout the week—hearing from trusted pastors, processing truth in small groups, and engaging in rich elective seminars that point them to Jesus. Each moment is designed to connect Scripture to their real lives for their growth.

Safe lodging and meals provided

We provide designated housing for boys and girls, with adult leaders present in every area to ensure safety and care. All meals are included, and we work with groups to accommodate dietary needs—so every student can focus on enjoying the week without worry.

Tons of recreation and free time

From basketball and ultimate frisbee to team trivia and a talent show, RYM offers countless opportunities for students to have fun, build friendships, and make lasting memories. Whether they’re on the field or indoors with new friends, recreation is always a highlight.

Conference Scholarships

God has used RYM Conferences in powerful ways, giving young people a bigger and more beautiful vision of Jesus and the importance of life in His Church. To give more students the opportunity to attend, we offer a scholarship fund to those needing financial assistance. If you know of a student(s) who needs assistance, click below to apply for a scholarship and make sure nothing stands in the way of them encountering Jesus and deepening connections with one another.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a student register without a church?
All students must register with a group from a church, whether led by a designated youth leader or parent/ chaperone volunteers. All groups, regardless of size, must meet the minimum adult to student ratio of 1:10 for each gender.
How do I register my student?
Registration for students and adults (who are a part of a church that has already registered) will open on February 16, 2026. These registration forms will be found on each respective conference page and must be completed no later than April 1, 2026.
How many chaperones do I have to bring?
While RYM recommends a chaperone-to-student ratio of 1:6 for both male and female students, groups are required to have at least one adult per ten students, whether male or female.
What activities are available at RYM Conferences?
Each location has unique recreational opportunities. In addition, RYM provides sports tournaments and other structured free-time activities which are meant to be fun and provide fellowship for your group. Most locations have access to pools, basketball courts, volleyball courts, ultimate frisbee, spikeball, and many other activities! For more information, see each specific conference page.
What are the sleeping arrangements at each facility?
While accommodations at each conference location differ, RYM conferences provide safe and healthy living and sleeping environments for all attendees. Rooms can sleep anywhere from 2 to 60 people, but most rooms accommodate between 6-12 people. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about a specific location.
