RYM is passionate about youth ministry leaders and celebrates their heart for reaching and equipping the next generation for Christ. We serve the Church by investing in the men and women who are leading these efforts in a variety of ways.

Year after year, men and women from across the country return home from RYM's training events equipped with a deeper understanding of how to do their jobs well and faithfully, connected to others through new or renewed friendships, and encouraged in the gospel of Jesus.

YLT Cohorts

The YLT Cohorts program is designed to serve the Church by developing capable and resilient leaders who will strengthen ministries that reach and equip youth for Christ. Together with a Cohort leader, participants grow both in their practical ministry skills and the essential "soft skills" necessary for leading healthy and sustainable ministries.

Church Internship Program

The RYM Church Internship Program (CIP) is a two-year apprenticeship designed for men and women considering a call to ministry. The CIP provides interns with invaluable ministry experience and training while also providing churches an affordable way to begin or expand their ministry efforts to youth and families.
