Youth Leader Training is an investment into the heart and ministry of all who are reaching and equipping youth for Christ in and through the Church. Year after year, men and women from across the country return home from RYM's training events equipped with a deeper understanding of how to do their jobs well and faithfully, connected to others through new or renewed friendships, and encouraged in the gospel of Jesus.

RYM Local

Churches can host an RYM Local event to equip and encourage parents, youth leaders, volunteers, and others as they disciple and support youth.
