Conference Theme

In a world where we are constantly connected through technology, we find ourselves more isolated than ever. Our screens often keep us at a distance, offering a surface-level connection that leaves us craving deeper relationships. This summer at RYM, join us as we dive into the profound reality of a God who draws close, inviting us to know Him as Emmanuel, “God with Us.” Experience a week of faith, fellowship, and fun as we discover what it means to live fully in His presence.

Main Speaker

Rev. Elliott Everitt

Elliott Everitt is the Assistant Pastor to Adults at First Presbyterian Church in Macon, GA. He spent most of his life in Mississippi, growing up in Jackson and attending Mississippi State University before graduating from Ole Miss. He served in youth ministry in Oxford, MS and Yazoo City, MS. After graduating from RTS Jackson, he served as the RUF campus minster at Mercer University and Mississippi State. Elliott has been married to Carrie for 19 years, and they have four children: Thomas, Harris, Graham Eloise & Jerome. Student ministry has been one of the biggest parts of Elliott's life as he attended his first RYM summer conference as a student over 25 years ago and then many more ever since as a college student, youth intern, director of student ministry, campus minister, and parent chaperone. Other than being present at anything his kids are involved in, Elliott loves dogs, hunting, video games and food (all of it).
