For 2024, we have updated our conference registration processes, and it is our hope that the enhancements will reduce some of the challenges church groups face due to high registration demand. As such, please familiarize yourself with the information below.
Registration Windows
We will have three different windows for registration this year. Please mark your calendars with these dates and click the button below for complete instructions.
Window 1
January 8, 2024
Registration for all 2024 YLT or NYMS attendees will be open on January 8, 2024 from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. This will be a first-come, first-served based registration. In addition, this the only day you can utilize this early registration window; so, please have plans in place to get registered on this date
Window 2
January 9 - 10, 2024
Registration for all churches who have attended RYM in either 2022 or 2023, and those who did not register during Window 1, will open on January 9, 2024 at 9:00am EST and will close on January 10 at 5:00pm EST.
Due to high demand for particular conferences (MSFL, HSFL2, & MSTX) and their likelihood of filling within the first 5 minutes, church groups registering during Window 2 will submit a request for the number of spots at your first choice conference(s). If demand is as high as we anticipate, we will present you with an “offer” of spots for your first choice conference(s) as well as other conference options where you may be able to bring more students.
In the event that you accept a reduced number of spots for your desired conference, we will manually lessen the registration numbers that you initially submitted on your registration form (and apply any extra deposit payment which you may have made via Credit Card at the time of registration to your final balance). If your number of allocated spots is less than your requested number, you could make a request for additional spots, and you will be added to the waitlist (from which we will release spots as they become available).
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a new leader or primary contact at a church who has come to an RYM conference in either 2022 or 2023, please reach out to Margaret Shelton so she can be sure your name is on the list to receive this registration link.

Window 3
January 16, 2024
On January 16, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST, registration will open to any churches who have not registered during Windows 1 & 2. Conference spots in this registration window will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
PLEASE NOTE: By this date, it is highly likely that our most demanded conferences will be full. However, churches can still sign up for spots on our waitlist if desired, or find another conference with available space.

Payment Policy
Florida, Mid-Atlantic, and Texas
Non-refundable deposits of $150 per person are due February 1, 2024. Church leaders can pay via check or with a credit card on the registration link.
Final attendance numbers and all unpaid balances are due on April 3rd, 2024. After this date, unpaid balances may result in your spots being forfeited to churches on the waitlist. As such, please gather money from all attendees before then, so that you can pay your balance by this date. These payments become non-refundable beginning April 3rd.

Colorado
Due to a change in the YMCA of the Rockies’s contract policy, we are requiring churches to register for the number of rooms wanted instead of individual spots. Each room accommodates either 5 or 6 people (1 queen bed, 2 sets of twin bunk beds - 5 total beds) and non-refundable deposits ($750 per room) are due February 1, 2024. Final attendance numbers and all unpaid balances are due on April 3rd, 2024. All payments become non-refundable beginning April 3rd.
Because of this change, you will need to register for the number of rooms desired, and will be charged per room instead of per person ($3000 per room includes the full cost of the conference for everyone in that room). There are also a VERY limited number of 3-4 person ADA rooms available (1 queen, 1 set of twin bunk beds). If you need one of these, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your group. If unclaimed for ADA purposes, these rooms will be offered to churches who will have regular use for them.

Please note that we are doing our best to be a welcoming environment to the churches we are serving - those that have been around RYM for 50 years as well as those who are brand new.
