HSCA 2026

  1. We expect that child participants will treat others at RYM in the same manner in which he or she wishes to be treated. We will not tolerate abuse, harassment, bullying, fighting, sexual promiscuity (even if consensual), or other such activity at any of our conferences.
  2. No boys in girls’ rooms and no girls in boys’ rooms, at any time for any reason.
  3. RYM has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances or inappropriate materials (including, but not limited to, pornography of any form, inappropriate videos or photos). You may not be in possession of any weapons, drugs, alcohol, or illicit or inappropriate content at any time
    during your week at RYM.
  4. Attendance at all scheduled meetings is required.
  5. Please wear your wristband at all times. It is your meal ticket and allows us to identify you as part of our group. If your wristband breaks, just ask an RYM Intern for a replacement.
  6. Please be respectful with your personal technology—turn off your phone during elective classes and large group.
  7. Students are not permitted to leave the Pepperdine campus at any time unless accompanied by a leader or chaperone.
  8. Anyone who damages the property (including but not limited to the room where you stay) will be held responsible for the cost of such damage.
  9. Any infraction of the conference rules can result in disciplinary action, which may include reporting legal issues to authorities or being sent home at your parents’ expense.
